Changes from Hamilton Beach on blenders

We're temporarily shifting the confidence ratings on Hamilton Beach and Proctor-Silex blenders in the ZRecs Guide to "Low" while we await some clarifications from company reps. They're now telling us that some of their blenders' blade attachments are not made of polycarbonate, and we've asked them to go through our listings and identify which models fall either way, what the non-PC blade attachments are made of, and to clarify some other issues. Once we've done that, we'll make final changes to the Guide, bump our confidence ratings back up, make any necessary rating changes as well, and post a new update to this blog.
