Z has been creating inspired pretend cookies for months now by adding all manner of beads and other trinkets to play dough and patiently "baking" them in her play kitchen. For some reason, this application struck me as particularly imaginative.

When does your toddler's imagination make you laugh?

My daugher is 18 months old.  She has a little play kitchen which has a blender.  The lid does not come off but there is a little bump that is suppose to be a handle on the top.  My daugher insists that this is where you drink from, since the top doesn’t come off.  She pretends to gulp it down and gives a big “ahhhhh” when she’s done.  Cracks me up every time.
