We've temporarily disabled Google FriendConnect (the social networking features we added to several ZRecs blogs) until the developers work out a few kinks. We've been getting reader reports of some browser compatibility issues with a few of its features, and for some reason the plug-ins have been royally messing up our site stats since the day we installed them. It'll be nice to have stats we can trust without digging into detailed logs to figure out what to exclude, but we look forward to reinstalling the members gadgets and some other cool stuff network-wide once they iron out some bugs. Anyone who has signed up should still be signed up whenever that happens.
