We hope our U.S. readers enjoy a wonderful holiday with those they love. For us, it will be vegetable pot pie and pumpkin cheesecake at grandmother's house, with out-of-town relatives and a pair of Z's cousins for a day of play.

Among the many things we're thankful for close to home, we are exceedingly grateful for all of you, and feel honored to have a community of parents who are willing to go the extra mile (or five, or ten) to help protect our nation's children.
