I am so sorry to hear about this happening. As a former personal injury lawyer who has seen first-hand and argued for people in similarly horrible circumstances, you have my utmost sympathy. I hope that your attorney is doing a wonderful job for you and that you get the justice you deserve.

I was pretty stunned when I read your story. I am so sorry that happened to Jenni. I just can’t imagine.

What a sad, shocking story. All my best to Jenni and to you as you fight this fight. I hope her pain goes away!

I’m so sorry to hear you are going through this. I feel for Jenni. I had a 2 level spinal fusion 3 years back, and I still hurt from it. I hope she is able to obtain a full recovery and the compensation she is deserving. How horrible! I can’t imagine if it had fallen on the baby!!!!
